This includes development, procurement, production, trade, and all associated processes, as well as the entire life cycle of our products and services. Safe, healthy, and fair working conditions for all our employees are a commandment and principle of our actions. Management commits to motivating all employees at LIMITOR through its own environmentally conscious and safety-aware thinking and actions, and encourages all employees to consciously participate in this endeavor. By providing the necessary environmentally friendly resources and designing safe workplaces from an occupational health and safety perspective, we create the framework and necessary prerequisites for complying with relevant, applicable standards and laws. All of this is aimed at meeting customer expectations, while always acting in an environmentally sound and socially responsible manner, meeting all demands placed upon us, protecting our employees from health hazards, and preventing accidents proactively. To meet these demands at all times, we practice an integrated management system within our LIMITOR group, in accordance with the standards: DIN EN ISO 9001:2015; DIN ISO 14001:2015; DIN ISO 45001:2018 All processes and procedures relevant to quality, the environment, and occupational safety in the company are planned, executed, monitored, and continuously improved. Management expressly encourages every employee to proactively identify weaknesses and potentials and to contribute with their own ideas and suggestions to improving quality, environmental performance, and increasing occupational safety. The aim of our actions is to protect our environment sustainably and never to burden it unjustifiably. Every employee is committed to recognizing accident hazards or weaknesses in the company and contributing to their identification and elimination. To implement this general corporate policy, management formulates concrete, binding objectives for all employees each year. A comprehensive assessment of the company’s environmental, quality, and occupational health and safety situation is conducted in the annual management report by the management team.
